Industries: Waste Treatment & Landfill

Waste Water:
All Tech Industries (ATI) coatings provide a waterproof shield, are corrosion resistant, and further enhance the substrates they are applied to (i.e. concrete and steel), making ATI's coatings ideal for containment liners in waste treatment plants, sewage tanks, digesters, oily water waste pipes and tanks, as well as manholes.

All Tech Industries provides a 60 mil spray-applied coating (tank liner) as a standard thickness. The desired thickness can be applied in a single application. The liner is tear and puncture resistant and chemically compatible with the treated waste. The liner will sustain extreme environments (heat, cold and movement) preventing the wastewater from leaking into the environment.

Waste Treatment:
Municipal wastewater plants treat raw wastewater in a series of steps, during which large volumes of liquids in various stages are slowed down by water tank baffles, or held, sometimes for weeks. ATI coatings are used to create geo-membrane waste lagoon liners and concrete holding tank liners to insure waste does not seep into the ground and ultimately enter the water supply.

Landfill:
To ensure environmental protection, landfills are required to have appropriate containment and fluid release features.

Three-quarters of the landfills accepting municipal solid waste are either unlined or have only a clay liner, both of which provide inadequate containment of contaminants to groundwater. Some have liners with an HDPE component, which is known to deteriorate over short periods of time, and eventually fail.

ATI's Ultra COAT™ provides significant improvement over other coatings systems by delivering a superior coating solution that is tear resistance, leak resistant and offers significant improvements over traditional liner systems. It is backed with a 20 year limited warranty, thus delivering a long-term durable solution.
