Technical: Warranty
All Tech Industries (ATI) is confident that we offer the highest grade spray-applied solutions in the marketplace and we back every project with a 20 year limited warranty.
Most of the industry offers a 2 year limited warranty but with our advanced materials, patented specialized equipment and application process; we are able to offer our customers a
solution that is unique in the industry and a warranty that is just as distinctive.
Once the project has been completed and a Certificate of Completion has been issued, the limited warranty is valid for a period of 20 years from the effective date.
What Will ATI Do In The Event Of A Product Failure?
- Repair the defective Product.
- Deliver a replacement Product to the place of original delivery.
- Refund of the original purchase price of the Product.
How Does This Benefit You?
Our Warranty, which covers the applied All Tech Industries solution, provides you with a lower Total Cost of Ownership:
- No on-going maintenance or service fees.
- Not having to replace the product 3 to 5 times over the 20 year span to meet current State and Federal Regulations. The products we compete with in the marketplace would require replacement 3 - 5 times during that timeframe to maintain operational integrity and compliance.
- Reduces the risk of potential fines and loss of production due to site shut-downs.
The Limited Warranty Does Not Include
- Failure due to Product being altered or removed from an installation site or moved to a new location.
- Damage caused by acts of God, war or terrorism.
- Misuse or improper customer operation in excess of ATI's published specifications.
All notifications of Product failures must be made in writing, including a full description and photographs of the Product failure, to All Tech Industries Corporate Office
at 1527 W State Hwy 114, Suite 500-350, Grapevine, TX 76051 within 30 days from the date of Product failure. Performance under this Limited Warranty is contingent upon being
given the opportunity to observe and inspect the Product failure prior to removal, alteration or repair.
The terms of this Limited Warranty shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the state of Texas.
