producing dynamic pressures in excess of 6000 PSI and 300° (F). ATI's specialized process and highly trained (ATI Certified) technicians allow us to provide a superior solution that
is unique in the industry.
Using computer controlled heated plural components, high pressure spray equipment and an atomization type mixing gun, we produce unparalleled results. ATI maintains and services all
of our own equipment which allows us to provide the highest quality control when applying our insulation, sealant and/or coating solutions.

Proportioner

Ultrasound
ATI technicians use Ultrasound to verify the appropriate thickness (density) of our applied applications.
Reporting
A digital recording of each Technician's performance including historical data of Temperature, PSI, Usage, Rate of Work, etc. is captured every 10 seconds. The data is monitored electronically
for consistency and accuracy. Each detailed report per project can be accessed through the ATI Customer Web Portal.
