Roofing

This structural damage was caused by perpetual leaking of a conventional hot mopped roofing system. Hot and cold temperatures will tear open tar, and will inevitably create leaks. The complete roofing system was removed, and structural repairs made.

One of the most profound advantages of spray in place foam roofing systems, is their ability to flash around ANY protrusions though the roof. (see photos below) Not having to mechanical re-flash the protrusions is a time and money savings to you. Foam offers an air tight, continuous seal over the complete area to be roofed.

The polyurethane foam has an extremely high R-Value, and can be built up to a desired optimum R-value for insulation, as well as a new roofing system. Your getting both for the cost of one.

The final step is to apply the coating system over the fresh foam. The coatings are fluid applied, and flow and fill any irregularities in the foam. There are several coating systems available to fit the consumer needs. From residential applications, to industrial grades to handle the more extreme conditions industrial roofs require.
The finish product offers a continuous membrane of water proofing protection. The white finish offers high reflective properties, and keeps roof surface temperatures much lower than dark built-up systems. A cooler roof means less heat build up, and less cost for air conditioning of the building.
