All Tech Industries (ATI) Professional Services team has over 15 years experience deploying our solutions in many environments. All of our projects are delivered on time and to defined expectations by following a systematic process that relies on effective communication, accurate information, a thorough scope of work, team work of professionals and adhering to strict implementation schedules.

From beginning to end, our customers are informed and involved throughout the process.

Prior to selecting the appropriate All Tech Industries solution, a proper discovery and assessment of the client's needs and requirements must be understood. This includes defining the objective for this project, site specific information, environmental conditions, technical specs review and implementation timeframes and deadlines.

Upon completion of the discovery and needs assessment process to determine the appropriate ATI solution, a detailed site specification with the appropriate ATI design and quote are delivered for review and acceptance. A formal proposal and scope of work is provided upon acceptance of the quote.

Upon receiving and processing the Project Order at ATI (typically 3-4 business days), the Project Coordinator will schedule a Project Kick-Off Meeting and commence with the remote and/or onsite (depending upon the project) logistical support. This includes the assignment of an All Tech Industries Project Manager who will focus only on your project.

All of ATI's personnel go through an extensive certification and training program. All Tech Industries has been able to increase our installation efficiency by over 22% through the implementation of best practices that we have defined over the years.

The proper precautions are always taken to insure our outstanding safety record stays intact.

All Tech Industries (ATI) Professional Services and Safety Program include:
  • Meeting the standards of Veriforce, ISNetworld and CanQual.
  • A rigorous onsite product, equipment, and safety program that is monitored by our Quality Assurance and Safety Personnel.
  • Every Field Technician has completed a 3 month technical certification and posses a minimum of 2 years of product and installation experience.
  • Field Technicians have credentials to apply ALL of the products offered through All Tech Industries (ATI).
  • Daily and weekly safety briefs are adhered to by All Tech Industries personnel.
  • ATI adheres to the Material Safety Data Sheet and other defined safety standards at all times. Safety is paramount.
  • Quarterly Performance reviews are conducted by our Director of Quality Assurance, COO and Department Manager.
  • Tracking and reporting of the equipment, product, personnel and site conditions for every project ATI implements is collected and reviewed for continuous improvement.
  • All Tech Industries products are manufactured and installed exclusively by certified ATI Field Technicians. We are 100% accountable for the rendered solution.
