All Tech Industries (ATI) advanced spray foam insulation (INSULATION PRO Arctic 3.0™) is a two component, modified polyurethane product. The insulation is installed by ATI certified
technicians using our patented specialized equipment and application processes. The product is applied at high temperatures to obtain optimum cure and expansion characteristics.
INSULATION PRO Arctic 3.0™ provides a highly versatile, long lasting insulation solution for enhanced structural integrity, thermal dynamics and acoustic protection.
The insulation is sprayed as a liquid and expands 120 times its liquid volume to fill in voids, cavities, wrap around various infrastructure components and fixtures while sealing cracks
and crevices that are impossible to insulate with conventional methods. Because our spray foam insulation solution completely seals it can also be an effective component in a moisture
management program. By minimizing the flow of airborne moisture, condensation, decay and corrosion, ATI's industrial-grade spray foam insulation can prolong a component's lifespan.
ATI's Spray Foam Insulation solution has also been proven to increase a substrates fire resistance 22% - 57% and exceeds the fire safety standards set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
A flame retardant is infused in the Spray Foam Insulation. During a fire, the retardant melts and holds the heat until the insulation fibers char. The insulation then becomes a layer of carbon
protection, because the charred fibers won't burn. The density of insulation prevents the passage of flames and hot gasses, so the fire doesn't spread as readily through substrates and/or
components that have been sprayed with the All Tech Industries Insulation System.
The All Tech Industries Insulation System one-step process provides a product that air seals and insulates a structure allowing us to control the passage of air through controlled entry and exit points.
This allows us to control the quality, temperature and humidity of the air in your buildings.
ATI's spray foam product is an environmentally approved product which means it doesn't contain CFC's or HCFC's allowing it to meet strict environmental "green" standards. This allows it to maintain
the original thermal performance and physical structures. ATI's insulation products meet the American Society for Testing and Materials and Corrosion testing requirements.
