Facility Maintenance:
Facility maintenance can become quite costly. All Tech Industries (ATI) coatings can reduce time and expense, while providing protection to your infrastructure. All Tech Industries coatings are very durable and are especially useful in high traffic areas. They are designed to be waterproof, chip-resistant and a protective coating. ATI's coatings preserve galvanized and stainless steel, as well as concrete structures and provide easy cleaning and sanitation.

Floor Coatings, Parking Structures and Concrete Joint Repair:
ATI floor coatings offer extreme durability, much stronger than traditional epoxy. The added elongation properties allow for enhanced flexibility, which protects flooring finishes from cracking.

All Tech Industries sealants are used as a multi-purpose joint fill, caulking and sealant solution. They can provide a flexible, durable, weather-tight and traffic resistant seal for all types of building joints.

Manhole and Sewer Linings:
The use of ATI's coatings and sealants are an excellent solution for manhole linings. Many municipal and private water systems are in great need of lining and structural repair. Our coatings ability to form a monolithic, durable liner protects the cavity from sediment and groundwater infiltration into municipal wastewater systems. ATI coatings and sealants can be applied fast for a quick return to service, much faster than most competitive products.

Irrigation and Conservation:
ATI coatings are spray-applied to create an effective liner for irrigation pipes and flumes to protect metals from rust and corrosion. ATI coatings provide a seamless, leak-proof system which prevents abrasion, rust and corrosion of steel and other substrates. They are used for lining pipes, wells, basins and reservoirs, lift stations, reserve water tanks, and the loss of contained water. Sprayed to Geotextile fabric, or applied with carbon fibers (Ultra COAT Composite 1.0™), the coating system creates a seamless membrane for reservoirs, ponds and canals.

Blast and Energy Mitigation:
All Tech Industries (ATI) has developed a state-of-the art, high performance pure coating elastomer for blast mitigation and fragment containment. Blast tests results suggest that a synergistic combination of mechanical properties in our spray polymer system offer optimum blast mitigation.

ATI coating on the exterior of a wall ensures the walls can survive a blast without breaking into fragments. A 1/8-inch application of ATI's Ultra COAT Composite 1.0™ can increase the building's structural integrity by 100%. This prevents the projectile shards, splinters and fragments that cause the majority of damage. This protects the structure as well as the occupants.

Transportation and Freight:
All Tech Industries (ATI) solutions can be used in a variety of ways on roads, streets and highways. From repairing bridges and tunnels to painting streets, ATI coatings can be useful. Our coatings (most commonly applied to steel and concrete bridges) outlast paint and fight off corrosion to bridge deck and structures.

In the airline industry, polyurethane foam is used to reinforce airline fuselages. Fuselages coated with our solution provide fire protection that can extend the time it takes to burn through an aircraft. It can also be used to extend the life of aging aircrafts.

Epoxy and paint coating on various surfaces can crack and peel in a short time and require immediate replacement. ATI coatings are a perfect solution to seal cracks because of its high tensile strength and elongation properties. The rapid-cure time allows a project to quickly return to service.

ATI coatings deliver linings that are non-skid, blast resistant, provide ballistic mitigation, and corrosion control for all types of transport trucks, helicopters, buses, trains, boats, ships, freighters, first response containers, law enforcement vehicles, fire and ambulance vehicles, etc.

ATI coatings and sealants are commonly used to line liquid containment railcars to provide waterproofing and chemical resistance. Hopper style rail cars have benefited from the strength of our coatings and its ability to resist abrasion. These cars often carry coal, sand, and other abrasive materials. ATI coatings and sealants can be applied quickly and lasts longer than other conventional systems.

Hazardous Waste:
All Tech Industries coatings are a superior solution when dealing with Hazardous Waste. Tests on ATI coatings have demonstrated that hazardous contamination can be mitigated with a single water rinse. In addition, ATI's Ultra COAT™ is radiation resistant. When transporting radioactive waste, the insides of railcars are coated with ATI's Ultra COAT™.

Ultra COAT™ and other All Tech Industries coating products DO NOT crack, chip or peel. We encounter this in the replacement of other products (especially epoxy coatings), which require continual maintenance. The Ultra COAT™ provides a seamless membrane that is 100% free of pinholes and flaws. It is extremely strong, flexible, highly chemical, weather and corrosion resistant.

Due to its great adhesion to metal or concrete, Ultra COAT™ forms a protective barrier from hazardous and dangerous materials and waste.
